You can return your order within 14 days , provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Simply contact us by email at info@pureessance.de to initiate a return. We will then explain each step to you.

Our standard shipping time is:

  • Germany: 2–3 working days
  • Austria & Switzerland: 2–5 working days

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Important:
Orders received after 12 noon on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday .

We offer a paid express shipping option.

  • Germany Express: 1–2 working days
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

If you are in a particular hurry, we recommend the express service.

With our optional product protection insurance for only €2.49, your order is additionally secured.
The protection covers the following cases:

  • Package stolen after delivery
  • Loss during transport
  • Damage caused by the shipping service provider
  • Misdelivery / incorrect address of the shipping service

If any of these situations occur, you will receive a free replacement – ​​no questions asked, no stress.
